On May 12th, Robertson U and the Robertson PTA are gearing up for a fun-filled all-day Field Day event! Students will spend half of their time on outdoor games and the other half of the day will be spent indoors doing fun activities set up around the school.
Parents who are interested in volunteering can use the Volunteer Sign Up Link. Please sign up as soon as possible and complete the necessary background check if needed. Lunch will be provided for those who commit to volunteering the entire day (8:30-2:30).
Parents who would like to visit the campus to watch the Field Day activities, please sign up using this GOOGLE FORMS LINK. All visitors and volunteers will need to sign in at the office before joining any indoor/outdoor field day activities and wear the visitor badge provided while on campus. Remember to bring your ID with you.
Rain or shine students will have an amazing day! Please be sure to send your students to school with a bottle of water and remember to apply sunscreen in the morning.
To make this event more festive, we are asking parents and students to dress in house colors. Feel free to be creative but remember your child will be participating in physical activities and need proper shoes and clothing for the events.
Field Day Schedule
- Kinder to 2nd Grade will have their outdoor activities between 8:30-11am.
- 3rd-5th Grade will have their outdoor stations between 12-2:30pm.
- Set up is between 7:30-8:30am.
- Lunch for the whole school is 11am-12 noon. Please note that the cafeteria will be closed; students will have lunch in their respective classrooms.
- Clean up is from 2:30-3:30pm.
There will be no changes to student pick after school.
