Welcome Back to School, y'all!

Robertson PTA is ramping up for another amazing school year. We are planning A LOT of opportunities for our students, staff, & families to feel supported and appreciated. Every year, our goal is to promote Family Engagement, Educational Programs, and Campus Enrichment that will benefit our entire community.

Balloons & Treats from the Hospitality Crew

We have been busy showing the Robertson Staff love before school started up again.

So....who doesn't love a photo opp with a colorful balloon arch??! Your Robertson Teachers and staff absolutely do! PTA's Hospitality Committee welcomed all Robertson Staff back to school with house color balloons, yummy cookies, and delicious treats.

Flamingo Friday

Spoiling our teachers and staff makes our hearts happy. We believe that a good treat can go a long way.

PTA surprised the Robertson staff with a Fat Boy Cheese snack and flamingo drinks.

We can't think of a better way to start the school year.

Popsicles Pep Rally on the Playground

This summer has been a HOT one! Our annual Popsicles with the Principals offered a tiny bit of relief from the scorching temps.

With many new faces on the Robertson staff, this year the teachers handed out the icy treats. We have more amazing events planned this year! Stay tuned for details on what's to come. Cheers to 2022-23!

Spaghetti & Meatballs...all covered with cheese?

Yes, please! We treated our Robertson Staff to a catered Italian lunch to get them energized and ready for Meet the Teacher night on August 8th.

By becoming a member and donating to our Hospitality fund, we will be able to continue these much loved events for our hard-working and dedicated staff!!

Spirit Night at Handel's Ice Cream!

It's still HOT out there, Robertson. Let's beat the heat, support a local business, and Robertson PTA all at once!

The first Spirit Night for the school year is at Handel's Ice Cream on Wednesday, August 31st from 5-9pm!

*Be sure to mention Robertson when you purchase and 30% of their daily sales back to Robertson PTA.

Fall Book Fair is Coming!

Our Fall Book Fair will open next month, on Friday September 9th, just in time for our annual Grandparents Lunch!

What a perfect way to start off the year with some great reads. The Book Fair will run through September 16th during and after school hours.

September 9th also marks Robertson's annual Back-To-School Bash.

Enjoy the evening with fellow #RobertsonU families and friends with a line up of activities that will knock your socks off, maybe quite literally!

Reflections: SHOW YOUR VOICE

Explore the Arts and Express Yourself! Reflections has been a staple arts program and millions of students have found a creative outlet in the areas of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts.

Membership & Volunteering

Students Can Join PTA, Too

We believe it is important to allow our students to have an understanding of what it means to be involved in an organization within our community. Student memberships are discounted at $5 per year.

We will have a Student Membership vote in late August, so be sure to sign your child(ren) up soon to take advantage of that voting privilege. The students will decide on a couple of the activities for the Back to School Bash on September 9th!

Drawing for a Party Package Prize

We will have a prize drawing from any memberships purchased by August 26th. The winner will receive a birthday party at RockStar Martial Arts Prosper! The package includes a party of 15 children for 90 minutes. You bring the cake and goodie bags, and the Rockstar team will do the rest! ($399 value)

"Those who can do, do. Those who can do more, volunteer." Robertson PTA has many opportunities throughout the year to donate your time to help out with upcoming events, big and small. Check out opportunities below that you can sign up for today.

The Power of Room Parents

The Robertson Room Parent program has returned, and we need a parent volunteer to represent each and every class. As a Room Parent, you will communicate events and volunteering needs to your fellow class parents. The PTA Room Parent Coordinator, Pearl D'Sa, will guide you through the year with email templates and online sign-up tools, as well as tips for breaking projects into tasks and getting lots of help from the class parents. It's a great way to be involved throughout the year!
