Students watched a Hip Hoppin’ Message from Plano Officer Chris Bianez and Hip Hop Choreographer Fenton Fulgham!! They brought us the great message of “Be Buddies not Bullies” along with some fresh hip hop moves!! Students from each grade had a dance off and even the teachers got on stage to bust a move!! And most importantly we were reminded to spread kindness and positivity wherever we go!!

Fenton Fulgham is the owner of Fenton’s Dance Factory in Plano, and has offered one free dance class to all Robertson students and teachers. Just call the studio and tell them you’re from Robertson Elementary to book your class!!

Thank you to everyone who went to the Chick Fil A spirit night! Robertson PTA received a donation of $418.41 that will support the programs and events planned for this school year. 

812 PTA sponsored house shirts were delivered to students and staff at the end of September. We love seeing the kiddos showing their school spirit on Fridays at Robertson Wrap Up!

We had a great turnout for Walk and Roll to School day. A special thanks to our Watch D.O.G.S. dads for giving free bike checks! They worked hard inflating tires and oiling chains. We appreciate you!

PTA organized a Tex-Mex lunch to celebrate our teachers. 

We had a great time learning about all the different cultures represented at our cultural celebration night! The dancers were so talented, the food samples delicious, and the information presented was captivating. Together we are Robertson!

Reflections has been a staple arts program in many schools for 50 years. Through the efforts of local PTAs, millions of students have found a creative outlet in the areas of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts. 

DEADLINE EXTENDED! Reflections entries are now due by Friday, October 27th at 5 pm.

Students may submit visual arts/painting/literature pieces in the Art room (look for the “Reflections” labeled box). Music/dance/film/photography should be submitted by email to robertsonptaartsineducation@gmail.com.
